The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has announced the dates for the 2024-2025 hunting season in Zone C. The season will run from August 15, 2024, to January 1, 2025. During this time, hunters will be able to pursue white-tailed deer, wild hogs, and other game animals.
Zone C encompasses the following counties: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, and Volusia. Hunters must have a valid hunting license and permit to hunt in Zone C. They must also follow all applicable hunting regulations.
